The first thing you must do is fill in the CMS collection called "Email Signatures". Filling it out is fairly self explanatory. There's a ton of help text to help you correctly fill out the CMS without breaking the email signature.
Next, you choose your desired email signature template. There are 3 to choose from.
As soon as you fill out the CMS, all three templates will be filled out and created for you.
You can easily choose one of these by selecting the parent element called "e-s" and adding the "hide" class. This will hide the template. Do these for any 2 templates that you DO NOT want to be shown.
Publish the site.
Visit the live CMS page link and copy the email signature. Make sure that you drag your cursor across the entire diagonal length of the email signature. From the top left, to the bottom right.
Now you can paste the email signature in to your desired Gmail settings. Please visit this link for instructions on how to create your email signature.
And that's it! It's that simple. You can repeat the steps for another template or another user. Happy SignFlowing :)
With SignFlow, not only can you build email signatures but you can manage them using Webflow's CMS features!
You can easily add new users from your team or even a client by simply adding a new item in the CMS collection.
Build them an email signature in the same way (see 'How it Works' section above). Due to the customisation of the SignFlow CMS, you can build email signatures that match your brand/company for your entire team!
Got a new logo? Just got a new domain? Created an account on a new social media platform?
No problem! Webflow's native functionality allows you to easily update your existing email signatures all within the CMS, so your email correspondents can stay up-to-date :)
